Mobile Inspired Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) built several Ad Supported mobile applications

All of these services are intended for use as-is on both the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).

This Privacy Policy informs users of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for those who choose to use our services. By using our apps, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

We only collect and use your data to provide and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may collect certain personally identifiable information to provide a better experience. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Information provided through contact or feedback forms
• Usage data and diagnostics (such as crash reports)
• Device-specific information

This information is used solely to maintain and improve the functionality of our apps.

• Wind Down and Trail Hike use third-party services to display advertising and measure analytics. These include:
• AdMob
• Firebase Analytics

In case of errors, we may collect data and information on your device (via third-party services) called Log Data. This may include:

• Device IP address
• Device name and OS version
• App configuration and usage data
• Time and date of access
• Other diagnostic information

Our apps do not use cookies explicitly. However, third-party code and libraries used by some of our apps (such as AdMob or Firebase) may use cookies to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to accept or refuse cookies and to know when a cookie is being sent to your device.

We may employ third-party companies and individuals for the following reasons:

• To facilitate our Service;
• To provide the Service on our behalf;
• To perform Service-related tasks; or
• To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties may have access to your personal information to perform these tasks on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

We value your trust in providing us your personal information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Our apps may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by us, so we strongly advise you to review their Privacy Policies. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Our apps do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.

Certain apps may integrate with Apple HealthKit and Apple Watch features to access workout, walking, or fitness-related information. Health data is used only to provide app functionality and is never sold to advertisers or data brokers. HealthKit data is not used for marketing or advertising purposes.

Subscriptions and payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to those platform providers’ terms and privacy policies. We do not store full payment card information.

Some of our apps display advertisements using third-party advertising providers such as Google AdMob. These providers may collect device identifiers, approximate location, usage information, and advertising identifiers to provide personalized or non-personalized advertisements.

Where required by law, users may be asked for consent before personalized advertising is enabled.

Users may also manage tracking permissions through their device privacy settings.

We may also use analytics services such as Firebase Analytics to understand app usage, improve app performance, and troubleshoot issues.

Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — servers located outside your country or jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to use our services, please note that we process your data in the U.S. and other countries that may not have equivalent data protection laws.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights:

• Access to your personal data
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion of your data
• Restriction of processing
• Data portability
• Objection to processing
